Associated Press: Ruble rallies on Central Bank rate hike

MOSCOW - A massive overnight rate hike by Russia's Central Bank pushed the ruble 5 percent higher in early trading on Dec. 16, reversing the currency's fall but spelling troubles for the economy ahead.
