Rostov-on-Don - The trucks of Russia's seventh humanitarian aid convoy that will deliver supplies to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions in eastern Ukraine are being loaded at the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry's Don rescue center, located in the village of Kovalyovka near Rostov-on-Don, a spokesman for the convoy headquarters told  on Nov. 14.

“Humanitarian supplies continue to be loaded into the trucks. Columns of vehicles are being formed,” he said.

The date and the time that the aid convoy will cross the Russian-Ukrainian border will be known after all the columns of vehicles have been formed, he said, adding that there would be two columns – one of them bound for Luhansk and the other for Donetsk.
