BRUSSELS - The defense ministers of NATO countries have approved a program of building up Moldova's defense capability, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said at a press conference on June 24.
He said a package of building up the defense capability was signed to help Moldova strengthen its institutions in the sphere of defense and security.
