Belarus is hoping Russia will allow food supplies from some of its plants as early as Dec. 11, Sergei Rumas, a member of the presidium of the Council of Ministers, told reporters.

“I’m expecting that as early as tomorrow, Russian agencies will allow supplies by some enterprises so that all enterprises shut due to complaints about the quality of Belarusian products are able to resume supplies to the Russian market literally in a couple of days,” Rumas said.
