Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko is to visit Kyiv on Dec. 21 to meet with Ukraine's President Petro Poroshenko, a source in the Ukrainian government told Interfax on Dec. 19.
“The Belarusian president will be in Kyiv on Dec. 21,” the source said, adding that the meeting between Lukashenko and Poroshenko will be held on the same day.
