Lawmakers from various factions on Feb. 18 registered draft laws allowing drug state procurement via international organizations, in particular, WHO and UNICEF.

Draft law No. 2150on amendments to some Ukrainian laws regarding the provision of timely access of patients to drugs via state procurement with the attraction of international organizations and draft law No. 2151 on amendments to the Tax Code on exemption of transactions on imports and supplies of drugs from payment of value added tax.

The authors of the documents are Olha Bohomolets, Maria Ionova (Petro Poroshenko’s Block), Viktoria Siumar (People’s Front), Oksana Korchynska (Radical Party), Hanna Hopko, Iryna Sysoyenko an Roman Semenukha (Samopomich faction).

The documents have not yet been posted on the parliament’s website.
