MOSCOW - Regional department of the Russian consumer rights watchdog, Rospotrebnadzor, has suspended the operations of the fast-food chain McDonald's in Stavropol, the watchdog press office said in a statement.

“Administrative cases have been opened regarding the legal entity under the article 6.6, article 14.43 part 2, and article 15.12 over the violations found. The facility’s operations have been suspended using a temporary ban protocol. The inspection continues,” the document said.

Violations of sanitary standards were registered during the check in McDonald’s at 13/1 Kulakov Proezd, Stavropol.
