GDF Media Limited and Inter Media Group Limited have reacquired minority stake of PJSC Inter TV Channel, of which 29 percent previously belonged to Russian Channel One and 10 percent - to Pegas Television Ltd. Ukraine.
“So now 100 percent of Inter shares are under full control and management of the companies owned by Dmytro Firtash (majority stake) and Serhiy Liovochkin (minority stake),” says a report from Group DF that holds Firtash assets.
According to the report, 29 percent of shares of Russian Channel One have been acquired for $100 million.
