Mriya Agro Holding Plc's said its chief financial officer is leaving the company as it seeks to restructure $1 billion of debt. Oleksander Cherniavskiy's departure follows the Ukranian agricultural group’s offer to cede control to creditors, according to an e-mailed statement from Mriya.
