Members of the Zaporizhia city council have barred performers who publicly support Russian aggression against Ukraine and the occupation of Crimea from participating in any public events in the city. The motion, which was initiated by Donbas war veteran and council member from the UKROP party's faction Oleh Kolomoyets, was backed by 43 out of 64 Zaporizhia council members at a meeting on August 25.
