Mass detentions of Crimean Tatars in a coastal city of Yevpatoria in Russian-occupied Crimea were explained by de-facto authorities with the ongoing raid aimed at capturing the murderers of a family in Russia's Krasnodar, according to the Ukrainian journalist Osman Pashaev.
