Ukraine's Ministry of Justice has prepared and handed over to Russia the papers necessary for extraditing Mykola Karpyuk to Ukraine. He is a Ukrainian political prisoner who was illegally sentenced by the Supreme Court of the Republic of Chechnya, Deputy Justice Minister on European Integration Serhiy Petukhov wrote on Facebook.
