Ukraine Today: SBU says Russian intelligence agency planned attack on Kyiv detention centre

Head of Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) Vasyl Hrytsak claims the Russian Main Intelligence Agency planned to blow up an SBU detention centre in Kyiv. This statement came during a spontaneous inspection of the facility with the participation of Ukrainian Ombudswoman Valeriya Lutkovska and Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko.
