Authorities in Ukraine say they have helped to thwart some "15 terrorist attacks" in France that were to be committed in the run up to and during Euro 2016. The statement came a day after it was announced that a Frenchman was arrested on the Ukraine Poland border on May 21st, with an arsenal of weapons in his car, including rocket launchers and Kalashnikovs.
