The political advisers of the leaders of the Normandy Four countries will discuss the possibility of holding a meeting between representatives of Germany, France, Ukraine and Russia, but it can only take place after thorough preparations, a source close to the negotiation process told Interfax.
“The top-level meeting can be discussed, but it will only be possible following preparations and with the understanding that it may yield real results,” the source said.
The advisers to the heads of the Normandy Four countries are expected to meet in Minsk on June 15.
