KRAMATORSK - Some 3,475 tenders worth Hr 497 million have been announced via the ProZorro system in Donetsk Oblast since year start, the press service of the Donetsk regional military and civil administration has said.
According to the report, procurement organizers have completed 1,122 tender procedures for Hr 46.6 million. Budget savings amounted to Hr 8.37 million, or 18 percent.
Head of the Donetsk regional military and civil administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky reported purchases, carried out by budgetary funds managers in Donetsk Oblast, must pass through the ProZorro electronic trading system. According to him, “the task of the system is to remove officials from cash management.”
“Once again I repeat that theft of budget funds during the war is equal to looting and punishment will be relevant,” he said.
As reported, Donetsk Oblast became the first region of Ukraine, where the e-procurement system was introduced.
