The Russian side asks Kyiv to provide the data about the Russians, who are serving time in Ukraine's territory, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
“We have filed a note with Ukraine’s Embassy in Moscow with the request for the exhaustive information about the Russian citizens at the Ukrainian detention centers and other penitentiaries,” Russian Foreign Ministry’s ombudsman Konstantin Dolgov wrote on his Twitter microblog.
