MOSCOW - Russia will take certain steps to protect its commercial interests in case of Ukraine's refusal to pay the debt, the Kremlin said.

“Certainly, the Russian side reserves the right to react in an appropriate manner in the international courts for the purpose of protection of its interests, in this instance, of a commercial nature,” Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters on July 27.

However, he has not specified which steps, how and when Moscow will take to settle this issue.
