The anti-Russian sanctions may be lifted after the full implementation of the Minsk Agreements, and the United States wants the Minsk Package of Measures to be implemented as soon as possible, says U.S. Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland.

Speaking to journalists on May 18, Nuland recalled President Barack Obama’s words that the sanctions may be lifted if and when the Minsk Agreements are fully implemented.
