KALININGRAD - Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov, who met with United States' Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland on Friday to discuss the implementation of the Minsk agreements on Ukraine, views the talks as constructive.

“We had quite substantive, constructive and useful consultations. This was a kind of brainstorming to look for compromises in implementing the Minsk agreements,” Surkov told journalists on Friday evening.”
