MUNICH – 'Normandy Quartet' foreign ministers (Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France) have agreed to work on the modality of elections in the territories of Donbas non-controlled by Ukrainian authorities, Foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin has said.

“We also agreed within the Minsk accords to work on the modality of actions for the next elections,” the minister told reporters after negotiations in Munich on Saturday.
