The Batkivschyna and Samopomich factions could return to the coalition, Head of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko faction Ihor Hryniv has said.
“I think Yulia Volodymyrivna (Tymoshenko, the leader of the Batkivschyna faction) has a chance to return to the coalition, where she was until recently, but Samopomich is the political force. Even without strong pressure from society, in my view, it more naturally forms part of the coalition being built by the state,” he said on the air of Channel Five.
Hryniv noted the current parliament has the best discipline for all the previous years.
“This is the first parliament, where there is a private vote. This is the first parliament, in which not because it is forbidden to vote for others, but because 80% or 90% of the deputies refuse to vote for others or refuse let someone vote for them, even in force majeure circumstances,” the leader of the faction said.
