Washington Post: Kremlin reports Obama called Putin to talk about Syrian ceasefire

TIRANA, Albania - President Obama and Russian President Vladi­mir Putin have agreed to intensify diplomatic and military cooperation to implement a ceasefire and aid delivery in Syria, the Kremlin said early Sunday.
